Meet The Team

I studied Environmental Design Architecture at CU Boulder because of my love for the built environment, but after working in design, I realized I wanted to make a larger, positive impact. Meeting the team by chance led me to this work, where I’m driven by our conversations with people and the opportunity to help others take action.

Amelia, an Operations Manager in Colorado, is passionate about creating systems that support teams in making a lasting impact. After seeing the power of organized, mission-driven work, she dedicated herself to optimizing operations so teams can focus on driving meaningful change every day.

Andrew has worked on campaigns with The Nature Conservancy, Greenpeace, and Children International. Now, alongside Leah Dixon, he is opening a new office in Richmond, VA, where he looks forward to identifying and supporting promising new change-makers to grow the team and expand the impact of our charity partners.

Making a difference, whether it be on a large scale or one person at a time, is all I could ever want in life. Having a passion for service, humanity, and adventure, I strongly believe there is no better place than here, and no better time than now.

Matthew DiLibero is the Campaign Manager for The Nature Conservancy in the Boston office, where he leads a dynamic team of fundraisers working to protect the planet’s most vital ecosystems. With a background in team leadership, and public engagement, Matthew brings a lot to his role. He’s known for fostering a culture of motivation and accountability, and driving successful grassroots campaigns that connect communities with global environmental impact.
