Meet The Team

I studied Environmental Design Architecture at CU Boulder because of my love for the built environment, but after working in design, I realized I wanted to make a larger, positive impact. Meeting the team by chance led me to this work, where I’m driven by our conversations with people and the opportunity to help others take action.

Amelia, an Operations Manager in Colorado, is passionate about creating systems that support teams in making a lasting impact. After seeing the power of organized, mission-driven work, she dedicated herself to optimizing operations so teams can focus on driving meaningful change every day.

Pricilla, an Operations Manager in Boston, has always been passionate about building strong, efficient systems that empower teams to make a greater impact. After discovering this work, she was inspired by the energy of the team and the tangible change they create every day, and now she thrives on supporting and streamlining operations to help drive that mission forward.

Andrew has worked on campaigns with The Nature Conservancy, Greenpeace, and Children International. Now, alongside Leah Dixon, he is opening a new office in Richmond, VA, where he looks forward to identifying and supporting promising new change-makers to grow the team and expand the impact of our charity partners.

Making a difference, whether it be on a large scale or one person at a time, is all I could ever want in life. Having a passion for service, humanity, and adventure, I strongly believe there is no better place than here, and no better time than now.
